IThe web-based client portal, OTPortal, was designed to simplify remote server management, based on the years of server management experience at the company, says the company. The portal is offered to every colocation, managed server and cloud client as a free part of his or her service.


The web hosting provider says that this update is the third major one they have made this year. The company plans the updates to roll out seamlessly and actively seeks feedback on the new technology from customers.

The web hosting provider was offering in July a series of webinars covering the subject of cloud security.

Most recently, he was vice president and general manager at Nimsoft (part of CA Technologies) in Campbell, California,” said William Megan, president of TDS Hosted & Managed Service. “Phil understands the hosted and managed services business exceptionally well and will help TDS expand in this exciting business segment.”


Prior to his work at CA Technologies, LaForge had a long tenure with CDW Berbee in Madison, Wisconsin.


He has also served as vice president of sales and COO at TEAM Companies in Cedar Falls, Iowa, which is now a TDS subsidiary.

Referring to the press release, ByteGrid cooperating with New York-based private equity firm Altpoint Capital Partners to expand the platform across multiple markets.


According to ByteGrid, campus is fully operational data center with all necessary features. Press release also states that current owner will continue to rent some of the data center infrastructure and space.
