Greatresponder.com – 2011-07-24 – On Friday, the web hosting provider ZNet announced that it is now an authorized reseller of the Google Apps suite of communication and collaboration tools. This announcement comes merely a week after the web hosting company launched the new SmartTools that will be offered to its customers. Furthermore, ZNet currently offers its customers the options to deploy communication in their businesses.
“The Google Apps Reseller program will help us enhance the value of Google Apps for users of IT industry. Google Apps for Business offers a broad set of powerful APIs that enable our customers to collaborate easily with their employees, customers and other stakeholders. ZNet is offering Google Apps for Business at $48 per user per year,” says Munesh Jadoun, founder and CEO, ZNet Technologies, in a statement.
According to the press release, Google Apps streamline setup which is hosted by Google is able to decrease maintenance and cut IT costs. The tools include GMail (including email security powered by Postini), Google Calendar, and integrated IM, users can connect easily.
The web hosting provider claims to have received training, support and deployment services from Google. The hosting provider has also access to APIs for integrating Google Apps into their customers’ business operations. And according to the press release, the app includes independent software vendors that sell, service and customize Google Apps for Business as well as resellers and consultants.
